Admission Procedure

  1. Registration:
    • Registration is required prior to admission.
    • Registration dates will be posted on the school notice board, Coast Guard Residential Complex (officers & EP), and common areas for public information.
  2. Admission Criteria:
    • Fresh admissions to any class are based on seat availability and adherence to the rules and regulations issued by state education authorities/affiliation bodies.
  3. Application Process:
    • Applications for admission must be submitted on the prescribed form, available from the school office for Rs. 50 each.
    • The following documents must be attached to the application:
      • Passport-sized photographs – 4
      • Stamp size photograph – 4
      • Serving personals must produce their I card / dependent card of spouse.
      • Photocopy of the birth certificate
      • Copies of the Aadhar cards of the student and parents
      • Original birth certificate must be produced at the time of admission.
  4. Minimum Age Requirements (as on 31st July):
    • Playgroup: 2 years
    • Nursery: 3 years
    • LKG: 4 years
    • UKG: 5 years
  5. Registration Timeline:
    • Registration for the new academic session starts in the month of March.
  6. Admission Interview:
    • Children seeking admission will be interviewed by the Headmistress.
  7. Transfer Admissions:
    • Transfer of children from other Coast Guard Kindergartens will be accepted upon submission of the fee challan book from the previous school along with the transfer certificate.
